After checking data points for pressure test on jigs, the values stayed within 3-5% range going up and down all day. Concluded that confident enough to put on the wings and redo the pressure testing there to ensure fitting on the wing did not open up any holes in the seams. Both tanks fit very snug on the wing and it seemed like starting to cleco from the middle (both top and bottom first) was the best approach to get the holes to line up.

After putting left and right fuel tanks on the wings, set up water column test and will now watch for a few days before riveting.
